Shipping Information

We would like all our customers to enjoy their shopping experience and receiving your goods is an important part of this process.

Depending on the type of products you order there may be different time requirements to prepare your order for dispatching.

We are unable to dispatch an order until we receive confirmation that the payment has been cleared. Please note we are unable to accept payment by cash or cheque.

Items that are made-to-order, Glossy stickers, foiled stickers and customised goods: Those items normally require a little longer to prepare. Please allow a few days for us to prepare your order for dispatch.

Items held in-stock: (Including our newest sticker kit releases) Orders are normally dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You need to have ordered by midnight the day before to guarantee dispatch on these days. (excluding Bank Holidays)

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the size and weight of the items. It is sometimes required to split orders into multiple packages. In such event the packages may not arrive together on the same day.

Priority & International Orders
When selected at the checkout we will dispatch your order within 48 hours and for customers within the United Kingdom delivery time is next working day (Not guaranteed).

Domestic (Delivery within the United Kingdom)
The free delivery option: Normally dispatched within 2 - 3 working days and delivered by Royal Mail Second Class.

Rest of world (International Standard)
International items are generally delivered within two weeks, although this can be longer at peak times and may be subject to customs delay at the destination country.

International delivery time is normally 5 - 10 working days but might take longer.

All Items going to the United States will now be sent tracked. Claims for lost mail will only be accepted after 28 days has passed from date of dispatch.

This change was due to a large increase in the number of items being claimed as lost and was no longer viable for us to continue with the old service.

 

Collecting your orders from us

Sorry but at this time we are unable to offer a collection service for customers to collect orders directly from our warehouse. We are looking for a new location where this can be made possible.
